Care Packages Project

One of our most impactful programs involve assisting needy families with a food supplement package each month.

We met Chisomo at one of our youth clubs in the village. He was not attending school because his grandmother could not afford to pay his tuition. Additionally, his grandmother was struggling to provide enough food for them to eat. Food is bought at the local markets and care packages are delivered to families each month by pastors who lead our Agape Youth Clubs.  Chisomo is now one of our scholarship recipients!

Kaitano’s Story

Kaitano is a member of one of our youth clubs in a remote village. The leaders of the club noticed that Kaitano could not see and inquired if we could help him. Kaitano’s parents agreed for him to live at Agape House temporarily while seeking medical assessment and treatment.

After a month at Agape House and several visits to hospitals, sadly, the doctors determined that there was no remedy for Kaitano’s blindness. Our care packages project helps to assist Kaitano’s family as they try to provide him with a good life.  We are happy to support this young family through our monthly food program.

Please continue to pray for these families and other families who benefit from our Cares Packages Project.
